Real Estate

The GSLA Real Estate Committee is one of the first groups to hear about new developments in the south loop. Projects that are awaiting the City of Chicago Plan Commission and current developments are discussed and reviewed with the Real Estate Committee.

The GSLA actively encourages developers to share their plans with GSLA membership in an effort to understand a developer's planned expansion within the south loop community. This forum provides a chance for GSLA to voice an opinion of the project and its impact on the community.  This process allows any potential conflicts to be resolved in a mutually beneficial and affable manner.

The committee is headed by Steve Ward.
